These sessions are the perfect opportunity to try out our fast but technical circuit. Perfect for drivers of all abilities to experience Smart Kart Raceway Elgin in this non-race format.

Arrive and drive sessions allow drivers new to the venue to acquaint themselves with our karts and learn the circuit, as well as allowing those with more experience to hone their racing technique.

• Up to 40 minutes track time.
• Suitable for novice & experienced karters.
• No minimum group size.
• Up to 12 karts on circuit at any one time.
• Minimum age of 8.
• Lap times printed out after your session

£35 -VIP (40 mins driving split in to 2x20 minute sessions

Is it safe? - Yes. We have a 100% safety record.

you will undergo a full safety briefing and a stop start brake test before hitting the track. 

Can I wear my own Helmet? - Yes as long as it meets british requirements and has an EC number on the back. 

if you are unsure, take it in and we can check it.

What is the minimum age? - The minimum age for the karting is 8. This is also dependent on if they can fit and operate pedals safely, as a rough guide the inside leg must be 60cm.
Please be aware this is a rough guide, should they not be able to depress brake fully and stop the kart they will not be permitted to drive.
